- Your Email Address (to send the report)
- Your Name (optional, for invoice purposes)
- The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) searched
2. How We Use Your Data
Your email address is used strictly to deliver the PDF report you purchased and the associated payment receipt. We do not sell your email address to marketers or subscribe you to unsolicited newsletters.
3. Secure Payments via Lemon Squeezy
All payment processing is securely handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. VINORA does not collect, process, or store your credit card information. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy regarding how they handle payment data.
4. Third-Party APIs & Data Sources
To generate the reports, the VIN you submit is queried against public and private databases (such as NHTSA APIs). The VIN itself is not considered PII, but it is transmitted securely over HTTPS to these third-party services exclusively to retrieve vehicle specifications and history.
5. Minimal Data Retention
We adhere to minimal data retention practices. Search logs and generated reports are stored securely and automatically purged according to our 2026 compliance cycle. If you wish to have your data explicitly deleted earlier, contact our support team.
